Our capability includes an owned factory, an in-house development and sample team, a Yiwu showroom and operating team, and a vetted network of specialist partner factories for additional categories, materials, and capacity.
A product shown on the website may be produced by our owned factory or sourced and coordinated through a specialist partner. Product origin, construction, materials, branding, packaging, quantity, and other specifications are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order agreement. Website prices, where displayed, are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. Final quotations depend on the approved specifications, materials, quantity, size and color breakdown, branding, packaging, inspection requirements, delivery schedule, and trade terms.
Our standard commercial threshold is a 500-Pair Total Order MOQ. Buyers may mix styles and colors with No Minimum per Style, subject to technical feasibility, material minimums, available inventory, and the confirmed quotation. Currency, deposit, balance, banking charges, and payment schedule are stated in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, or order agreement.
Sample cost, development scope, courier charges, and timing are quoted for each selected style or custom project. Bulk production begins only after the required specifications, commercial terms, and approval sample have been confirmed.
Production and shipping dates are estimates until confirmed in writing. CDS Shoes coordinates production follow-up, inspection, packing, consolidation, and export delivery according to the agreed scope. The buyer is responsible for timely approvals, payments, consignee information, import requirements, duties, and taxes unless the confirmed trade terms state otherwise.
The buyer must inspect delivered goods promptly and notify CDS Shoes within the claim period stated in the confirmed order agreement. A claim should include the order reference, affected quantity, carton and product labels, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After verification, CDS Shoes will provide the remedy agreed for the applicable order, which may include repair, replacement, credit, or another written resolution. Goods made to approved specifications or samples are not returnable solely because of a change in demand, preference, or resale conditions.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Collect Design Shoes and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
