Ordering

Our commercial minimum is a 500-Pair Total Order MOQ. Mix Styles & Colors with No Minimum per Style, subject to technical feasibility, material requirements, available inventory, and the confirmed quotation.
Yes. Sample scope, development cost, timing, and courier charges are quoted for each selected style or custom project. Bulk production begins after the required sample and specifications are approved.
Yes. Our in-house development team supports OEM/ODM and private-label requirements including materials, construction, colors, logos, insoles, outsoles, boxes, and packaging. Feasibility, cost, and timing are confirmed before sampling.
Yes. Wholesale pricing is quoted from the confirmed specifications, style and color breakdown, total quantity, packaging, inspection scope, and trade terms. Submit a catalog inquiry for a structured quote.

Shipping

CDS Shoes does not provide standard consumer order fulfillment as a default service. We coordinate packing, consolidation, and export delivery for confirmed wholesale and OEM/ODM orders under the agreed trade terms.
If you have your own shipping provider, we are happy to coordinate with you to deliver the goods to your designated domestic location.
If you do not have a preferred shipping provider, our partnered service providers will handle the shipping for you.
Production and transit timing depend on the approved specifications, order quantity, destination, shipping method, and trade terms. Your quotation and order confirmation will state the applicable schedule.
Orders are coordinated from China. Core styles may be produced in our owned factory, while specialist categories or materials may be produced by vetted specialist partner factories. Our Yiwu team coordinates inspection, consolidation, and shipment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on our website or the carrier's website.

Payment

Available payment methods, currency, deposit, balance, and banking instructions are confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, or order agreement for each transaction.

For defective or incorrect goods, contact CDS Shoes promptly with the order reference, affected quantity, and clear photos or videos. We verify the claim and provide the remedy agreed in the confirmed quotation or order agreement.
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate different markets. Most styles are available in sizes 35-42 (EU) or 5-10 (US). Please check individual product pages for specific size availability.
You may create an account to manage website features, but an account is not required to submit an OEM/ODM project inquiry or request the wholesale catalog.
